2. Data collected and purposes of processing
The website www.persicoimmobiliare.it collects personal data in the following ways:
a) Contact form
Collects: name, phone number or email, message. Purpose: responding to information requests. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
b) Property search mandate form
Collects: name, phone number, email, type of property sought, maximum budget, description. Purpose: contacting the data subject when a matching property becomes available. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
c) Lead magnet — PDF guide
Collects: email address. Purpose: sending the guide “Selling a home in Sanremo” and subsequent useful content communications for those intending to sell a property. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Tool used: MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”) — data is transferred in compliance with the guarantees provided by the GDPR.
d) Google Maps

e) Google Analytics

f) Social media

3. Data retention
Data collected via the forms is retained until consent is withdrawn by the data subject or until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled. Data relating to the lead magnet is retained until the data subject unsubscribes from the email list.

- MailerLite (email marketing management)
- Google LLC (Analytics and Maps)
- AGIM Gestionale Immobiliare (property management), subject to collection of specific consent
